In accordance with our values and charitable charter, we do have a few requirements when considering applications from prospective residents.

Applicants must be:

• over 60 years
• living within Cheltenham or its surrounding area
• be able to look after themselves

The buildings are non smoking areas. Regretfully no pets can be accommodated.

The flats can be rented at a modest sum which is reviewed annually.
